<ul>
<li><font size="3">Participation in the Regatta may include an element of personal risk or injury. You should be a competent swimmer. Participation in the Regatta is at your own risk. </font></li>
<li><font size="3">Life jackets must be worn at all times whilst participating in the Regatta races and whilst on the pontoons, boats, barges and on the shoreline.</font></li>
<li><font size="3">Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. </font></li>
<li><font size="3">The gangway to the concrete barge is for the sole use of bertholders only and access to the public is strictly forbidden.</font></li>
<li><font size="3">Water carnivals must be manually propelled. No engines/outboards allowed.</font></li>
<li><font size="3">All spectator boats must keep clear of the race area.</font></li>

<div><font size="3">The Regatta Stewards reserve the right to refuse entry to any Regatta Races and to refuse entry to any area of the Regatta Site. Their decision is final. Other than the Regatta Committee's liability for causing death or personal injury through negligence the Regatta Committee can not be held responsible to any person for any loss, damage, actions, claims, cost or expenses however caused to the property or any person or for any injury fatal or otherwise to any person. </font></div>
