<P align=justify>Yet again blessed with wonderful weather, for spectating if not for sailing. On the Friday night almost 300 people came to the Jazz Dance, most of whom ended up wearing stetsons and feather bands in tune with the Wild West Theme.</P>
<P align=justify>The Doghouse sold out of their excellent curry and this will encourage us to do supper next year as well. </P>
<P align=justify>On Saturday, The sailing was a bit sedate for most, but it was a lovely morning for drifting around. In the afternoon the rowing, and other races took place in the Pool, with the biggest waterside crowd in memory, many of them in superb Cowboy and Indian costumes. </P>
<P align=justify>The bar really struggled to keep up as the queues to the Jolly Sailor and the tent bar, threatened to meet up in front of 'Ewers'. The water carnival had a big entry, with loads of fantastic floats.</P>
<P align=justify>The evening was noted for the shoot out in Bodge City, as ' Big Bad Tom' got his just desserts in the 'Jolly Cowboy Saloon'.</P>
<P align=justify>The fireworks that followed were, as always, brilliant. Pains Fireworks again pulled out all the stops surpassing their own high standard of last year. The pork roast sold out very quickly and the all day barbecue was a great success. </P>
